台盼蓝排斥实验评价4种牙科粘结材料的体外细胞毒性

摘要

目的 应用台盼蓝排斥实验比较体外4种粘结材料对人牙周膜成纤维细胞(HPDLC)及NIH-3T3细胞株的细胞毒性.方法 将2种细胞与4种材料(普通型玻璃离子、加强型玻璃离子、SuperBond C & B及SE BOND)浸提液共培养,计算细胞成活率.结果 2种细胞的存活率差异无统计学意义.结论 4种粘结材料均尤细胞毒性,满足口腔材料临床应用的生物相容性要求.%Objective To evaulate the cytotoxicity of HPDLCs and NIH-3T3 cell lines induced by 4 kinds of bonding agents using trypan blue test in vitro. Methods The HPDLCs and NIH-3T3 cell lines were incubated with the extract of 4 materials,and the cell viabilities were calculated. Results The cell viabilities of the two cells had no significant differences. Conclusion Four kinds of bonding materials have no cytotoxicic effect on the HPDLCs and NIH-3T3 cell lines and can meet the requirements of biocompatibility for clinical application.
