miRNA-29b 在肺腺癌的表达及临床意义

摘要

目的：研究微小RNA‐29b（miRNA‐29b）在肺腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用荧光定量RT‐PCR法检测82例肺腺癌组织及其癌旁正常肺组织中miRNA‐29b的表达，分析其与临床病理学特征的关系。结果肺腺癌组织中miRNA‐29b表达高于癌旁正常肺组织（P＜0．01）。肺腺癌组织中miRNA‐29b表达与患者肿瘤组织分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移状态以及总生存期密切相关（P＜0．01），而与性别、年龄和吸烟史无明显相关（P＞0．05）。肿瘤的临床分期、淋巴结转移状态以及miRNA‐29b表达水平均为判断肺腺癌患者预后的独立因素（P＜0．01）。结论 miRNA‐29b表达下调参与肺腺癌的发生、发展过程，有望成为临床肺腺癌患者早期诊断和预后评估的分子学标志物。%Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of microRNA‐29b (miRNA‐29b) in lung adenocarcinoma .Methods The expression of miRNA‐29b was detected by fluorescence qRT‐PCR in 82 cases with lung adenocarcinoma and tumor‐adjacent normal tissues .The correlation between the expression of miRNA‐29b and clinicopathologic characteristics was analyzed . Results The expression of miRNA‐29b in lung adenocarcinoma was higher than that in tumor‐adjacent normal tissues ( P<0 .01 ) .The expression of miRNA‐29b was closely related with the differentiation ,clinical staging ,lymph node metastasis and overall survival ( P<0 .01 ) ,but not significantly related to gender ,age and smoking history (P>0 .05) .The clinical staging ,lymph node metastasis and miRNA‐29b expression were the independent factors in predicting the prognosis of the patients with lung adenocarcinoma(P<0 .01) .Conclusion Downregulation of miRNA‐29b expression plays an important role in the development and progression of lung adenocarcinoma and may serve as a new target for early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation .
