经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术围手术期失血分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the characteristics of perioperative blood loss in the patients underwent transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF).Methods The total blood loss ,obvious blood loss and hidden blood loss were analyzed in 46 patients underwent single level TLIF.The influence factors of perioperative blood loss were analyzed ,which included gender ,operation segment and diagnosis.Results The total blood loss of 46 cases was (627.6 ± 299.6) ml ,in which the dominant blood loss was (607.9± 262.7) ml. The total blood loss ,dominant blood loss and transfusion volume were more in female than those in male( P<0.05) ,which were not significantly different in the patients with different operation segments or diagnoses (P>0.05).Conclusion The dominant blood loss is the major part of perioperative blood loss in TLIF.Gender is one of the factors to influence perioperative blood loss in the patients underwent TLIF.%目的 分析经椎间孔腰椎椎体间融合术(TLIF)患者围手术期失血特点.方法 行单个节段TLIF手术患者46例,分析围手术期的显性失血量、隐性失血量及总失血量,并根据性别、手术节段、诊断进行分层分析围手术期失血的影响因素.结果 46例患者总失血量为(627.6±299.6) ml,显性失血量为(607.9±262.7) ml.女性患者显性失血量、总失血量及输血量均多于男性(P<0.05).不同手术节段及不同诊断的患者显性失血量、隐性失血量及总失血量均无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 TLIF围手术期失血主要为显性失血,性别是TLIF围手术期失血的影响因素之一.
