抗倒酯对多花黑麦草生长与倒伏的影响

         

摘要

为探明抗倒酯用于牧草化学调控的可行性,以多效唑为对照,通过盆栽试验研究了抗倒酯对多花黑麦草生长的影响,并在大田条件下研究了抗倒酯对株高和倒伏的控制效果.盆栽试验结果表明:抗倒酯能显著降低植株高度,抑制作用随着施药量的增加而增强,处理后21 d,220 g/hm2抗倒酯处理的多花黑麦草株高抑制率为52%;抗倒酯处理后叶长缩短,叶绿素含量提高,但叶宽增加效果甚微.大田条件下抗倒酯对株高的抑制效果同于盆栽试验,处理后25 d,564 g/hm2抗倒酯处理对多花黑麦草株高的抑制率为66%;抗倒酯能够有效控制多花黑麦草倒伏,并且随着施药量的增加,倒伏率逐渐减小,当施药量为423 g/hm2时只有部分植株微微倾斜,并无明显倒伏现象.%In order to evaluate the feasibility of applying growth regulator trinexapac-ethyl in seed production of Italian ryegrass in Jiangsu coastal area, a pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of trinexapac-ethyl on growth of Italian ryegrass, and a field experiment was conducted to study the control effect on height and lodging. In the pot experiment, five rates of trinexapac-ethy (0 g/hm2 , 100 g/hm2 , 140 g/hm2 , 180 g/hm2 , 220 g/hm2 ) were set, and 400 g/hm pa-clobutrazol was control. The results indicated that the plant height growth was inhibited by trinexapac-ethy, and was lower with higher application rate. The inhibition rate of plant height by 220 g/hm trinexapac-ethyl was 52% after 21-d treatment. After trinexapac-ethyl treatment, the leaf length decreased and chlorophyll content increased, and while the leaf width changed little. In the field experiment, five rates of trinexapac-ethy were 0 g/hm2 , 141 g/hm2 ,282 g/hm2 , 423 g/hm2, 564 g/hm2 , and paclobutrazol was also as control. The inhibition rate of plant height by 564 g/hm trinexapac-ethyl was 66% after 25-d treatment. Trinexapac-ethyl treatment was significantly beneficial for lodging resistance, and the higher the application rates, the higher the lodging resistance. There was no obvious lodging in 423 g/hm trinexapac-ethyltreatment.
