基于模糊免疫PID算法的施肥营养液pH值调节

         

摘要

精准园艺农业中一些作物会对施肥所用营养液有pH值的要求.基于此,本试验设计了施肥营养液pH值调节控制系统.针对在施肥营养液pH值调节过程中出现的非线性、大时迟滞性等问题,采用了基于模糊免疫PID算法来控制pH值.整个算法是基于微控制器STM32F104实现的,采用Matlab软件对算法进行了仿真,在仿真过程中,将模糊免疫PID算法与传统PID算法进行了仿真数据比较,试验结果表明模糊免疫PID算法在调节速度、控制pH的准确性和稳定性方面均优于传统PID算法.最后将模糊免疫PID算法应用于所设计的肥液pH值调节平台,结果表明该算法具有良好的稳定性、准确性.%In precision gardening agriculture,some crops have requirement for pH value of nutrient solution used in fertilization. So,the pH value regulation and control system of fertilizer nutrient solution was designed in this study. The fuzzy immune PID algorithm was used to control the pH value in order to solve the problems of nonlinear and large delay during the pH value adjustment of fertilizer nutrient solution. The whole algorithm was implemented based on the microcon-troller STM32F104,and the simulation of the algorithm was implemented by Matlab. The Matlab simulation results showed that fuzzy immune PID algorithm was superior to the traditional PID algorithm in adjusting the speed,controlling the accu-racy and stability of the pH. Finally,the fuzzy immune PID algorithm was applied in the designed fertilizer pH adjustment platform. The results showed that the fuzzy immune PID algorithm had good stability and accuracy.
