100例儿童医疗损害案例中医方过错分析

摘要

目的:探究儿童医疗损害案件中医方过错, 切实改进, 减少医疗纠纷.方法:收集江苏省2015—2017年有关儿童医疗损害审结案件100例, 进行分析.结果:100例判决中主要有医疗技术过错 (81％) , 医疗告知不充分 (38％) , 病历书写不规范 (38％) , 医疗机构管理不当 (3％) .结论:加强医务人员继续教育, 强化其法律意识, 切实提高其业务能力, 做到充分告知, 认真客观书写病历, 进一步加强医疗机构管理, 减少医方过错的发生.%Objective:This paper is toexplore the faults of hospitals in the case of children's medical damage, and improve them ef?fectively so as to reduce medical disputes. Methods:100 cases of children's medical damage in Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2017 were collected and analyzed. Results:Among these 100 cases judged, there are 81％ medical technology faults, 38％ inadequate medi?cal information, 38％ nonstandard writing of medical recordsand 3％ improper management of medical institutions. Conclusions:It is necessary todevelop the continuing education of medical staff, strengthen their legal awareness, so that they can effectively improve their professional proficiency, fully inform the patients, carefully and objectively write medical records. After that, the management of medical institutions can be further strengthened and the faults in hospital can be reduced.
