品管圈活动在提高深静脉血栓预防措施落实中的应用

摘要

Objective:This paper is to explore the the effects of quality control circle in the prevention measuresfor deep venous thrombosis. Methods:Quality control circle was set up to determine the activity theme of improving the implementation rate of preven?tion measures for deep venous thrombosis. Activities were carried out according to the steps of quality control circle. Afterwards, it is necessary to analyze the reasons of low implementation rate of prevention measures for deep venous thrombosis, and based on which for?mulate improvement measures and implement them. Results:The implementation rate of preventionmeasures for DVT increased from53.2％ to 88.3％ after the implementation of quality control circle (QCC) .The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01) . Conclusion:QCC activities can improve the implementation rate of prevention measures of deep venous thrombosis and reduce the inci?dence of deep venous thrombosis.%目的:探讨品管圈活动在深静脉血栓预防措施落实管理中的应用效果.方法:成立品管圈, 确定提高深静脉血栓预防措施落实率为活动主题, 按照品管圈活动步骤开展活动, 分析导致深静脉血栓预防措施落实率低的原因, 针对原因拟定改进对策并实施, 比较品管圈活动前后深静脉血栓预防措施落实率.结果:实施品管圈活动后, 深静脉血栓预防措施落实率由53.2％上升至88.3％, 活动前后比较, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.01) .结论:开展品管圈活动可以提高深静脉血栓预防措施落实率, 降低深静脉血栓的发生率.
