江苏专业外贸公司转型升级对策研究

摘要

In the new situation, the monopolistic advantage of the professional foreign trade companies have lost, and coupled with the global financial crisis, trade protectionism, the appreciation of the RMB and other complex external environment, how to achieve the transformation and upgrading of professional foreign trade companies become a question worth considering. After analysing the macro environment, development status and problems of the professional foreign trade company in Jiangsu, this paper put forward some policy suggestions to achieve the transformation and upgrading.%新形势下，专业外贸公司原有的垄断优势已经丧失，加之面对全球金融危机、贸易保护主义抬头、人民币升值等复杂外部环境，专业外贸公司如何实现转型升级成为一个值得思考的问题。在分析了外贸宏观环境、江苏专业外贸公司的发展现状和存在问题的基础上，提出江苏专业外贸公司实现转型升级的对策建议。
