According to the current situation that a lot of international contracting projects are developed in the open market of our engineering construction, it introduces some characteristics of the EPCC management pattern briefly. In conjunction with the relevant engineering experiencs, it mainly discusses the details and de- velopment of the project construction management pattern.%针对国家工程建设市场全面对外开放中大量国际总承包项目开展的现状．简要介绍EPCC相关管理模式特点，结合相关工程经验，着重探讨其工程项目施工管理模式方面的细节和发展。
