11月15日，沙特与日本在东京签署了防逃税与避免双重征税协议（《The Convention betweenthe Government of Japan and the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Tax Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income》 ） ,
