细节护理在三磷酸腺苷联合保留动脉显微手术治疗VC中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨细节护理在三磷酸腺苷联合保留动脉显微手术治疗精索静脉曲张中的应用及对性激素的影响.方法 选取2016年3月至2018年3月期间在本院接受三磷酸腺苷联合保留动脉显微手术治疗精索静脉曲张的100例患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组50例;观察组进行细节护理,对照组进行常规护理,观察两组患者住院时间、并发症发生率以及患者对护理的满意程度,对比两组护理效果.结果 观察组患者住院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-36.679,P=0.000);观察组患者格拉斯哥昏迷评估量表(GCS)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=27.395,P=0.000);观察组患者各项护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=:o.000);观察组患者并法症发生率为4％,低于对照组患者的16％,差异有统计学意义(x2--4.000,P=0.046).结论 对三磷酸腺苷联合保留动脉显微手术治疗精索静脉曲张患者使用细节护理措施进行护理工作,对于术后性激素的改善具有重要意义,有利于患者生活质量的改善,值得在临床推广使用.%Objective To explore the application of detail nursing in the treatment of varicocele with adenosine triphosphate and testicular artery-sparing microscopic varicocelectomy and its effect on sex hormone.Methods 100 cases of varicocele were treated with adenosine triphosphate and testicular artery-sparing microscopic varicoceleetomy in our hospital from March,2016 to March,2018.They were randomly divided into an observation group (n=50) and a control group (n=50).The observation group received detailed nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The duration of hospitalization,the incidence of complications,and the degree of satisfaction with nursing care were observed in the two groups.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time was shorter and the scores of Glasgow coma evaluation scale and nursing quality were higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of complications was 4％ in the observation group,and was 16％ in the control group (x 2=4.000,P=-0.046).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing measures in the treatment of varicocele with adenosine triphosphate and testicular artery-sparing microscopic varicocelectomy is of great significance for the patients' quality of life,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
