超声实时弹性成像局部应变率在乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别中的应用分析

摘要

Objective To analyze and investigate the diagnostic performances of local strain ratio (LSR) of ultrasound real-time tissue elastography in differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods 97 breast tumor patients with 122 lesions were examined by ultrasound real-time tissue elastography to measure the local strain rate.With the pathological types by biopsy as references,the differences between the patients with benign and malignant tumors were compared.The operating characteristic curve of the local strain ratio parameters were plotted,and the area under the curve was calculated.The sensitivity and specificity in distinguishing benign and malignant breast tumors were calculated.Results The local strain ratio was (23.87±6.92) in the benign group,and was (71.32±14.56) the malignant group.The AUC of the LSR was 0.909,and the 95% CI 0.854-0.965 (P < 0.05).Conclusion The utilization of local strain rate in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors is of potential diagnostic value.%目的 探讨超声实时弹性成像局部应变率在乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别中的应用价值.方法 共选取97例乳腺肿瘤患者122个乳腺病灶行超声实时弹性成像检查,测量局部应变率.以活检证实病理类型为依据比较良恶性组之间差异,构建ROC曲线并计算曲线下面积和LSR鉴别乳腺良恶性肿瘤的敏感性及特异度.结果 良性组LSR为(23.87±6.92),恶性组为(71.32±14.56),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).LSR的AUC为0.909,95% CI 0.854-0.965,P=0.028,其特异度为84.2%,敏感度为96.0%.结论 超声弹性成像局部应变率在乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别中具有诊断应用价值.
