Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of Xinqin granule and loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 100 patients with allergic rhinitis treated at our hospital from January to December,2017 were selected,and were into an observation group (n=51) and a control group (n=49) using the random number table method.The control group were treated with loratadine,and observation group with Xinqin granule and loratadine.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,and quality of life of in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 96.08％ in the observation group,and was 79.59％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IgE (86.24±9.73) pg/ml and were (122.85±23.39) U/ml in the observation group,which were lower than those in the control group (both P ＜ 0.05);the level of IL-10 was (15.96±2.70) pg/ml in the observation group,which was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);and the scores of RQLQ quality of life significantly decreased in the observation group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 1.96％ in the observation group,and was 4.08％ in the control group,with no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Xinqin granule and loratadine for patients with allergic rhinitis has important significance for the improvement of clinical efficacy and the patients' quality of life on one side,and the regulation of inflammatory factors on the other side.%目的 探讨和分析辛芩颗粒辅助氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎临床价值.方法 选择2017年1月至2017年12月本院收治的变应性鼻炎患者100例,通过随机数字表法分为观察组51例和对照组49例,对照组采用氯雷他定的药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用辛芩颗粒的辅助治疗,并分别对两组患者的临床疗效、炎症因子水平及生活质量进行比较分析.结果 观察组总有效率96.08％,高于对照组79.59％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-4、IgE炎症因子水平分别为(86.24±9.73)pg/rnl、(122.85±23.39) U/ml,均低于对照组,IL-10水平(15.96±2.70) pg/ml,高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);治疗后,观察组RQLQ生活质量各项评分均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);观察组不良反应发生率1.96％与对照组4.08％比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 辛芩颗粒辅助氯雷他定对于变应性鼻炎患者临床疗效的提高,炎症因子水平的调节及生活质量的改善均具有重要意义.
