预成纤维桩和可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床应用效果对比研究

摘要

Objective To compare the clinical application effects of prefabricated fiber post and plastic fiber post in prosthodontics.Methods A total of 126 patients who underwent prosthodontics in our hospital from January to December in 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups by the random number table method,63 cases in each group.The observation group received prefabricated fiber post repair,and the control group received plastic fiber post repair.The repair effect,chewing function,and complications of the two groups were observed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the occlusal force between the two groups before operation (P＞0.05);after operation,the occlusal force in the observation group [(142.59412.34) lbs] was higher than that in the control group [(116.08410.71) lbs],with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the recovery rate of the observation group was relatively higher at 96.83％,and the complication rate was relatively lower at 3.17％,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Prefabricated fiber post can be used as a safe and effective treatment method for prosthodontics,which can improve the success rate of repair,reduce complications,and restore the chewing function of patients.%目的 对比研究预成纤维桩和可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床应用效果.方法 将2017年1月至2017年12月于本院进行口腔修复的患者126例作为研究对象,将其应用随机数表法分为两组,各63例.观察组接受预成纤维桩修复,对照组接受可塑纤维桩修复.观察两组修复效果、咀嚼功能及并发症等.结果 术前,两组咬合力比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);术后,观察组咬合力(142.59±12.34)lbs,高于对照组(116.08±10.71) lbs,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组修复成功率96.83％,高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).结论 预成纤维桩可作为口腔修复中较为安全且有效的治疗方法,利于提升修复成功率,减少并发症,恢复患者咀嚼功能.
