目的 探讨自制的一种耳道球形异物取出装置在门急诊护理中的应用效果.方法 研制并应用耳道球形异物取出装置.选择2016年5月至2018年10月在本院急诊行光滑或球形耳道异物取出的184例患者,随机分为两组,各92例.实验组采用耳道球形异物取出装置,对照组采用传统的耵聍钩或枪状镊取出异物.比较两组患者异物取出的时间和取出成功率,并对患者和医护人员的满意度进行调查.结果 实验组异物取出成功率95.7％,高于对照组72.8％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);实验组患者满意度为91.6％,高于对照组52.2％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);实验组医护人员使用满意度为92.4％,高于对照组48.4％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 自制的耳道球形异物取出装置结构简单,取材容易,成本低等特点,针对光滑或球形耳道异物更为方便快捷的取出,降低了患者的痛苦和身体创伤,也提高了医护人员的工作效率,值得推广使用.%Objective To evaluate the application effect of a self-made removal device of spherical foreign body in the ear canal in outpatient and emergency department nursing.Methods A removal device for spherical foreign body in ear canal was made.184 patients with smooth or spherical foreign bodies in ear canal from May 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group used a removal device of spherical foreign body in the ear canal,while the control group used a traditional cerumen hook or gun forceps to remove foreign bodies.The time of foreign body removal and the removal rate were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction degree of patients and medical staff were investigated.Results The removal rate of the experimental group was 95.7％,and the removal rate of the control group was 72.8％,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was 91.6％,and that in the control group was 52.2％,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate of medical staff in the experimental group was 92.4％,and that in the control group was 48.4％,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusions The self-designed device has the advantages of simple structure,easy access to materials,and low cost.It is more convenient and easier for medical staff to remove the smooth or spherical foreign bodies in the ear canal as the result of less pain of the emotional or physical trauma of the patients,which is worth popularizing.
