温阳补肾方联合血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的效果及对血管内皮功能的影响

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of Wenyang Bushen recipe combined with hemodialysis for patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 103 patients with chronic renal failure treated at our hospital were randomly divided into a control group (n=51) and an observation group (n=52).The control group were treated with hemodialysis;in addition,the observation group were treated with Wenyang Bushen recipe.The renal function and endothelial function of the two groups were compared after the treatment.Results The levels of ET-1,BUN,Scr,and UA were lower and the levels of SHb,NO,and H2S were higher in the observation group than in the control group [(20.01±2.99) pg/ml vs.(23.28±4.20) pg/ml,(9.11 ± 1.71) mmol/L vs.(11.79±2.16) mmol/L,(602.32±76.65) μmol/L vs.(688.81±90.01) μmol/L,(369.64±58.15) μmol/L vs.(390.15±101.01) μmol/L,(5.90±0.70)％ vs.(3.53±0.60)％,(18.89±1.90)μrmol/L vs.(16.41±1.81)μrmol/L,and (9.23±1.13)μmol/L vs.(7.61±l.09)μmol/L,all P ＜ 0.05].Conclusion Wenyang Bushen recipe can effectively improve vascular endothelial function and promote renal function recovery in patients with chronic renal failure.%目的 分析温阳补肾方联合血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的效果.方法 采用随机数字表法将本院103例慢性肾功能衰竭患者分为对照组51例和观察组52例,对照组血液透析,观察组血液透析并口服温阳补肾方,对比两组治疗后肾功能及血管内皮功能.结果 治疗后,观察组ET-1(20.01±2.99)pg/ml、BUN (9.11±1.71) mmol/L、Scr(602.32±76.65) μmol/L、UA(369.64±58.15) μmol/L,均低于对照组[ET-1(23.28±4.20) pg/ml、BUN(11.79±2.16) mmol/L、Scr(688.81±90.01)μmol/L、UA(390.15±101.01)μmol/L],SHb(5.90±0.70)％、NO(18.89±1.90) μmol/L、H2S(9.23±1.13) μmol/L,均高于对照组[SHb(3.53±0.60)％、NO(16.41±1.81) μmol/L、H2S(7.61±1.09) μmol/L](均P＜0.05).结论 温阳补肾方可有效改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者血管内皮功能,促进肾功能恢复.
