Objective To investigate the influence of Kuntai capsule on sex hormone and blood glucose in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 120 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital from April 2015 to January 2018 were chosen as experimental subjects,and were divided into control group and research group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy,and the research group was treated with Kuntai capsule on the basis of control group.After 4 months,the therapeutic effect,sex hormone,blood glucose,adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The pregnancy rate and ovulation rate of the research group were higher than those of the control group (91.67％ vs.78.33％,78.33％ vs.60.00％),the total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group (96.67％ vs.85.00％),with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Before the treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of sex hormones between the two groups (P＞0.05);after the treatment,the levels of T,LH,FSH of the research group [(1.74±0.38) nmol/L,(5.76±0.83) U/L,(5.18±1.14) U/L] were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the level of E2 between the two groups (P＞0.05).Before the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose between the two groups (P＞0.05);after the treatment,the levels of FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR of the research group [(4.42±0.43) mmol/L,(83.24± 11.79) pmol/L,(1.58±0.34) U/L] were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (5.00％ vs.10.00％,P＞0.05).Conclusion Kuntai capsule could effectively control the sex hormone and blood glucose of polycystic ovary syndrome on the basis of routine treatment,promote the pregnancy rate and ovulation rate.%目的 坤泰胶囊对多囊卵巢综合征患者血糖水平及性激素水平的影响.方法 选取本院2015年4月至2018年1月收治的120例多囊卵巢综合征患者进行研究,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,各60例.对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在此基础上联合坤泰胶囊治疗,4个月后比较两组患者治疗效果、性激素及血糖水平、不良反应.结果 研究组患者排卵率与妊娠率91.67％、78.33％,高于对照组78.33％、60.00％,治疗总有效率96.67％,高于对照组85.00％,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);治疗前,两组患者性激素水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P＞ 0.05);治疗后,研究组患者T、LH、FSH水平分别为(1.74±0.38) nmol/L、(5.76±0.83) U/L、(5.18±1.14) U/L,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05),但两组患者E2水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗前,两组患者血糖水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P＞ 0.05);治疗后,研究组患者FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR水平分别为(4.42±0.43) mmol/L、(83.24土11.79)pmol/L、(1.58±0.34)U/L,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率5.00％与对照组10.00％比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 坤泰胶囊在常规治疗基础上可有效控制多囊卵巢综合征患者血糖及性激素,促进妊娠率及排卵率的增高.
