OSCE模式对于提高护生评判性思维能力等应用效果的研究

摘要

目的 探讨客观结构化临床考试模式对于提高护生评判性思维能力等的应用效果.方法 便利抽样法抽取本校24名护生参加客观结构化临床考试模式的技能竞赛,考核前后向学生发放评判性思维态度倾向性测量表测量学生的评判性思维能力;并使用自制问卷调查分析参赛选手对客观结构化临床考试的实施效果.结果 考核后护生的评判性思维能力总分、寻找真相、评判性思维自信心、分析能力、开放思想、求知欲、认知成熟度比考核前均有不同程度提高;大多数选手认为OSCE提高了学生理论知识学习能力、技能水平、交流能力、解决问题能力,可以广泛推广.结论 OSCE可以提高学生的评判性思维能力及临床综合能力,可进一步在护理实践教学中推广应用.%Objective To explore the effect of objective structured clinical examination mode on improving the critical thinking ability of nursing students.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 24 nursing students at our school to participate in the skill competition in the form of objective structured clinical examination.Before and after the examination,the assessment scale was issued to the students to measure their critical thinking ability.The results of the implementation of objective structured clinical examination were analyzed using a self-made questionnaire.Results The total score of critical thinking ability,truth seeking,critical thinking confidence,analytical ability,open mind,intellectual desire,and cognitive maturity of the nursing students after assessment were improved to different degrees than those before.Most contestants believed that OSCE improved the students' theoretical knowledge learning ability,skill level,communication ability,and problem solving ability,and can be widely promoted.Conclusion Objective structured clinical examination can improve students' comprehensive ability of critical thinking,and can be further applied in nursing practice teaching.
