高效护理模式下专科风险评估量表在肾内病区的应用研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of applying Professional Risk Assessment Scale in nursing quality management at nephrology disease area under efficient nursing mode.Methods Experimental method was used.1 090 treated at the nephrology disease area of our hospital from June 1st,2016 to May 31st,2017 were set as a control group;and 1 090 patients treated from June 1st,2017 to May 31st,2018 were set as an observation group.The data of the nursing adverse events occurred in the control group were set as warning information,and as a security sensitive indicator.A set of risk assessment scales with professional characteristics was set.The professional assessment processes were converted into specific behaviors so that the nurses can applying them in the quality management to control the risk occurrence for patients in the observation group.The adverse events,such as fall,pressure sore,unplanned extubation,extravasation of high-risk drugs,etc.were compared between these two groups.Results 31 cases occurred adverse events in control group,and only 5 cases in the observation group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The application of Professional Risk Assessment Scale in high-efficiency nursing mode is scientific,rational,and feasible.It embodies the integrated advanced nursing concept of patient-centered nursing skills,professional knowledge,and holistic nursing procedures.Developing effective care programs,effective care for patients,improve of the nurses' clinical thinking ability can control care risks,reduce adverse events,and improve the nursing quality.%目的 探讨高效护理模式下专科风险评估量表在肾内病区护理质量管理中的应用效果.方法 采用类实验法设计,选择2016年6月1日至2017年5月31日在本院肾内病区的住院患者1 090例,设为对照组,选择2017年6月1日至2018年5月31日的同类患者1 090例,设为观察组.将对照组患者发生的护理不良事件指标数据作为警示信息,确立为安全敏感指标.设置一套具有专科特色风险评估量表,将专科评估流程转换成护士可操作的具体行为,应用于观察组患者的质量管理控制风险发生.比较两组患者不良事件,如跌倒、压疮、非计划拔管、高危药物外渗等发生例数的变化.结果 对照组发生不良事件31例,观察组患者发生5例,不良事件例数明显减少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 高效护理模式下专科风险评估量表的应用具有科学性、合理性和可行性,体现了以患者为中心护理技能、专科知识、整体护理程序的整合先进护理理念,制订有效的护理方案,对患者实施高效护理,提高护士临床护理思维能力,达到控制护理风险和减少不良事件的发生,从而达到提高护理质量的目的.
