高氧肺损伤的保护机制研究

摘要

Oxygen therapy is the main measure for clinical treatment of critically ill patients.However,long-term oxygen therapy with high concentration can cause lung injury.The mechanism of hyperoxia-induced lung injury is complicated,and the specific mechanism is not clear.Recent studies have found that lung tissue can fight against lung injury caused by high oxygen content in a variety of ways.The protective mechanism of lung injury is reviewed in this paper.%氧疗是临床上治疗危重症患者的主要措施,然而长时间高浓度的氧疗会引起肺损伤.高氧肺损伤的机制错综复杂,具体机制尚不明确.近年来研究发现,肺组织可通过多种途径来对抗高氧导致的肺损伤.本文将肺损伤的保护机制做一综述.
