早期综合护理对脊髓损伤患者的康复效果

摘要

目的 探讨早期综合护理对脊髓损伤(SCI)患者的康复效果.方法 选取2017年2月至2018年2月在本院诊疗的SCI患者44例,给予情志护理、按摩、运动与作业康复护理干预,同时辅助传统中药与电针疗法的早期综合护理干预.分析患者护理前后脊髓功能恢复与生活质量改善情况.结果 护理3个月后,患者ASIA分级B级、C级、D级比例明显降低,而E级比例明显上升,为84.09％(P＜0.05);患者功能独立性测量(FIM)、Barthel指数、Berg平衡量表(BBS)及生活质量指标(生理功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、精神健康)评分均明显高于护理前(均P＜ 0.05);护理期间,患者并发症发生率为9.09％.结论 早期综合康复疗法护理SCI患者能明显改善患者的运动感觉功能、日常生活能力及躯干平衡能力,提高患者的生活质量,并发症少,安全可靠.%Objective To explore the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for patients with spinal cord injury (SCI).Methods Fourty-four patients with SCI diagnosed and treated at our hospital from June,2016 to August,2017 were selected and given emotional nursing,massage,exercise,and homework rehabilitation therapy,and at the same time were treated with early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and electroacupuncture therapy.The spinal cord function before and after the treatment and the life quality were analyzed.Results After 3 months' treatment,the patients with ASIA grade B,C,and D decreased significantly,while the ones with grade E increased significantly (84.09％) (P ＜ 0.05).The patients' FIM,Barthel index,BBS score,and life quality index (physiology) as well as the scores of function,body pain,general health,vitality,social function,and mental health were significantly higher after than before the treatment,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).During the treatment period,the incidence of complication was 9.09％.Conclusions Early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for SCI patients can significantly improve their'motor and sensory function,daily life ability,trunk balance,and life quality,and has fewer complications,and is safe and reliable.
