20％脂肪乳与10％葡萄糖同时滴注对老年肺结核患者静脉炎的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨20％脂肪乳与10％葡萄糖利用连接管混合同一静脉通道滴注对静脉炎的效果,为临床防治静脉炎提供参考.方法 选择80例老年肺结核患者常规专用静脉通道输注20％脂肪乳250ml作为对照组,选择具有同样血管条件的80例患者,专用静脉通道输注20％脂肪乳250 ml与10％葡萄糖250ml利用连接管混合同一静脉通道滴注作为实验组,观察两组静脉炎的患病率.结果 对照组静脉炎发生率高于实验组,差异有统计学意义(x2=27.26,P＜0.01);并且与年龄成正比,差异有统计学意义(Z=-4.51,P＜ 0.05).实验组不同年龄间静脉炎发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(Z=2.68,P＞0.05).结论 老年肺结核患者20％脂肪乳与10％葡萄糖利用连接管混合同一静脉通道滴注,可以有效预防静脉炎.%Objective To investigate the effect of 20％ fat emulsion and 10％ glucose on phlebitis,and to provide some references for clinical prevention and treatment of phlebitis.Methods 80 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected to receive 250 ml of fat emulsion through conventional special intravenous infusion,and were set as a control group.And a total of 80 patients with the same vascular conditions were selected to receive 250 ml of 20％ fat emulsion and 250 ml of 10％ glucose via a dedicated venous channel,and set as an experimental group.The incidences of phlebitis in both groups were observed.Results The incidence of phlebitis in the control group was higher than that in the experimental group (x 2=27.26,P ＜ 0.01),and increased with age (Z=-4.51,P ＜ 0.05).There were statistical differences in the incidence of phlebitis among the patients with different ages in the experimental group (Z=2.68,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion 20％ fat emulsion and 10％ glucose for elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis through the joint tube and the same intravenous infusion can effectively prevent phlebitis.
