临床护理路径在微创经椎间孔腰椎融合术治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨临床护理路径在微创经椎间孔腰椎融合术治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用效果.方法 选取2015年4月至2017年3月在本院行微创经椎间孔腰椎融合术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,采用随机数表法分为观察组62例和对照组58例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予临床护理路径干预.对比护理后效果,记录患者平均住院时间、术后下地时间、住院费用、并发症发生率,比较患者功能锻炼掌握率.结果 护理后,观察组总有效率96.78％明显高于对照组77.58％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);护理后,观察组平均住院时间、术后下地时间均短于对照组;住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);护理后,观察组并发症发生率3.22％低于对照组18.96％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).护理后,观察组功能锻炼掌握率93.55％明显高于对照组79.31％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 给予腰椎间盘突出症患者临床护理路径干预,可促进患者快速康复,减少术后并发症,提高护理质量,效果显著.%Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion for lumbar disc herniation.Methods 120 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated by minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar fusion in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2017 were divided into the observation group (n=62) and the control group (n=58) by the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway intervention.Compared the nursing effect,the average hospitalization time,postoperative ambulation time,hospitalization expenses,and incidence of complications were recorded,and the mastery rate of functional exercise was compared.Results After nursing,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.78％,significantly higher than that of the control group (77.58％) (P＜0.05);the average time of hospitalization and the postoperative ambulation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the hospitalization cost was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.22％,lower than that in the control group (18.96％) (P＜0.05);the mastery rate of functional exercise in the observation group was 93.55％,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (79.31％) (P＜0.05).Conclusion The intervention of clinical nursing path for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can promote the rapid recovery of the patients,reduce the postoperative complications,and improve the quality of nursing,with remarkable effect.
