两种手术治疗原发性翼状胬肉的疗效观察

摘要

目的 比较自体角膜缘干细胞移植术和术中联合应用丝裂霉素C治疗原发性翼状胬肉临床疗效.方法 将103例123只日艮患者随机分成两组,分别使用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术(51例61只眼,简称干细胞移植组)和术中联合应用丝裂霉素C(52例62只眼,简称术中联合丝裂霉素C组),术后随访1～2年.结果 两组角膜创面上皮愈合时间均为4～7天.干细胞移植组9眼复发,复发率为14.8%.术中联合丝裂霉素C组2眼复发,复发率为3.2%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 自体角膜缘干细胞移植术中联合应用丝裂霉素C治疗原发性翼状胬肉,角膜创面恢复快,复发率低,是一种理想的手术方法,值得推广应用.%Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of autologous limbus corneae stem cell transplantation and the joint application of intraoperative mitomyoin C treatment for primary pterygium.Methods 103 cases (with 123 eyes Vere randomly divided into two groups,autologous limbus corneae stem cell transplantation (51 cases with 61 eyesjeferred to as stem cell transplantation group) and the joint application of intranperative mitomycin C (52 cases with 62 eyes,rferred to as Inrraoperanvel Mitomycin C group)the patients were followed for 1-2 years after the operations. Results The cornea] epithelial wound healing time of the two groups were 4-7 flays.In the stem cell transplantation group.there were 9 eyes recurred,the recurrence rate was 14.8%.In the Inhaoperative Mitomycin C group,there were 2 eyes recurred,the recurrence rate was 3.2%;the differences of these two groups had statistical significance (x2=5.018,P<0.05).Conclusions Limbus corneae stem cell transplantation combined with mitomycin C in the treatment of primary pterygium,with the good point of comeal wound recovering rapidly and with low recurrence rate.It 's an ideal surgical approach which should be popularized and applied.
