社区中医护理对399例高血压病患者的干预作用

摘要

Objective To research and observe the effect on hypertensive patients who received the communities care of Chinese traditional medicine. Method stratified samples were chosen from 399 hypertensive patients who live in the Jinhua community of Gnangzhou Liwan community, and divided into two groups. The control group received antihypertensive agents, the conventional communities care and the conventional health education. The experimental group received the health education of the Chinese traditional health care and the community care of Chinese traditional medicine. A series of indexes were recorded and the differences between two goups were compared.Result There is no obvious difference between two groups in the blood pressure (P > 0.05) but symptom score values (P < 0.05). Conclusion The communities care of Chinese traditional medicine can improve symptoms of the community' s hypertensive patients obviously.%目的 研究和观察实施中医特色的社区护理干预和治疗对社区高血压病患者的效果.方法 在广州市荔湾区金花社区两个居委选择399名高血压病患者并采取分层抽样,分成两组.观察组采用常规西药降压药治疗,实施常规社区护理,进行中医养生保健等内容的健康教育及中医社区护理干预;对照组采用常规西药降压药治疗,常规社区护理及常规健康教育.两组均三个月为一疗程,连续随访四个疗程.观察对比症状程度改善积分、病情控制满意度(血压、体重指数、血脂、尿蛋白、尿糖、肝功能、肾功能等)、并发症发生率、生活质量问卷等指标.结果 疗程结束后,观察组和对照组血压改善无明显差异(P＞0.05),症状积分值比较有差异(P＜0.05).结论 社区中医护理干预治疗社区高血压病患者可以明显改善其症状.
