运用QC活动进行口腔门诊病人健康教育的有效性

摘要

Objective Exercise function of quality control to evaluate the validity of health teaching to buccal outpatients. Methods Build up a team of quality control with a question for discussion that is Increasing Knowledge about Buccal Health Taken by Buccal Outpatients, to investigate practicality of buccal outpatients through the mothed of teaching booklets, course of lectures, demonstration, multimedia, and use the Measurement to evaluate the validity of health teaching to buccal outpatients. Results Health teaching can increase knowledge about buccal health taken by buccal outpatients. Conclusions Exercising function of quality control can resolve tht problems of practicality and evaluate effect of clinical Health teaching availably.%目的 运用QC活动对口腔科门诊病人开展健康教育的有效性进行评价.方法 成立QC小组,以"提高门诊病人口腔保健知识水平"为活动课题,对口腔科门诊病人进行现状调查,通过健康教育手册、健康讲座、示范指导、多媒体宣教等方式进行系统的教育,使用调查量表评价健康教育的有效性.结果 健康教育可提高口腔门诊病人保健知识的水平.结论 开展QC活动可以解决实际工作中的问题,并有效评价门诊健康教育的效果.
