塑化加干髓术治疗急性牙髓炎的临床疗效观察

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of plasticizing combined with mummification of pulp to acute pulpitis. Methods 300 patients with acute pulpitis were divided into two groups: treatment and control group. Plasticizing combined with mummification of pulp was used in treatment group and the conventional therapy was used as control. After the therapy, all of patients were performed 2 months' and 1 year's recheck. Results The cure rates of the treatment group in 2 months and 1 year after the therapy were 92.0% and 93.3%,respectively, which were higher significantly than those of control group (90.0% and 92.0% respectively).The differences between two groups had no statistic signifi-cance (P>0.05).Moreover, the excellent cure rate of the treatment group in 2 months' recheck was higher than that of the control group (106/150 vs 87/150, P<0.05).Conclu-sions The results suggest that the plasticizing combined with mummification of pulp may not only improve the cure rate of acute pulpitis, but also is a simple, safe method, which has an important clinical significance.%目的 观察塑化加干髓术治疗急性牙髓炎的临床疗效.方法 选取急性牙髓炎患者300例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组150例.治疗组采用塑化加干髓术进行治疗,对照组采用常规的根管治疗术.治疗结束后保持联系,2个月和1年后复查.结果 治疗组近期及远期治疗成功率分别为92.0%,93.3%,高于对照组(90.0%、92.0%),但差异无统计学意义.2个月复查结果 中,治疗组的显效率明显高于对照组(106/150 vs 87/150,P<0.05).结论 与传统治疗方法 相比,塑化法与干髓术结合的治疗方法 治愈率较高,且方法 简单,速度快,安全可靠,减少患者的复诊次数,具有重要的临床意义.
