目的 探讨产科弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)的发病原因、表现、诊断及处理方法.方法 回顾我院1998-2010年我院收治的20例产科DIC患者的临床资料.结果 产科DIC的发生原因依次为胎盘因素、宫缩乏力、重度子痫前期、妊娠合并症及羊水栓塞.表现以阴道流血为主.治疗以去除病因及成分输血补充血容量为关键.结论 加强产前宣教,DIC一旦发生,尽早识别,正确处理,强调多科合作,降低孕产妇死亡率.%Objective To determine the cause, clinical characteristics, diagnosis and the treatment of disseminated intravascular coagulation ( DIC ) in obstetrics. Methods 20 cases of obstetrics DIC were analyzed retrospectively during 1998 to 2010.Results The cause of obstetrics DIC in order is placental disorder, uterine inertia, sever preeclampsia, serious hepatitis and amniotic fluid embolism. Vaginal bleeding is the clinical feature. Get rid of the cause and component blood transfusion is the keypoint of treatment. Conclusion Strengthens the prenatal health education, once DIC occurs, early to discover,handle correctly ,department cooperation, reduce the maternal mortality rate.
