马来酸桂哌齐特对慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者的疗效分析

摘要

目的 观察马来酸桂哌齐特对慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者的治疗效果.方法 选择我院住院的慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者60例,随机分成对照组与治疗组各30例.对照组常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用马来酸桂哌齐特320 mg/d,7天一疗程.观察治疗有效率、血脑尿钠肽和D-二聚体水平变化.结果 治疗组的总有效率93.3％明显高于对照组的73.3％(P＜ 0.01),两组治疗后血脑尿钠肽和D-二聚体水平明显降低(P＜0.05).结论 对慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者使用马来酸桂哌齐特可提高治疗有效率,降低血液粘滞度,改善心衰.%Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of cinepazide maleate in treatment for the patients with acute aggravation of chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD).Methods 60 patients with acute aggravation of CPHD from our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 patients for each group.Conventional treatment was given in the control group,while cinepazide maleate(320 mg/d)was used in the treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment,7 days as one period of treatment.The treatment efficiency,the level of blood brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and D-dimer(D-D)were observed.Results The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3％,significantly higher than that of the control group(73.3％)(P＜ 0.01),the level of blood BNP and D-D decreased significantly(P＜ 0.05)in both treatment group and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Cinepazide maleate can increase the treatment efficiency,reduce the blood viscosity and improve heart failure to patients with acute aggravation of CPHD.
