坦度螺酮治疗伴有焦虑的功能性消化不良的临床研究

摘要

目的 观察坦度螺酮治疗伴有焦虑的功能性消化不良的临床疗效.方法 对消化专科门诊的功能性消化不良患者,以Zung的焦虑自评量表(ASA)进行筛选,积分达50分以上的57例患者纳入研究并随机分为治疗组29例和对照组28例,对照组予曲美布丁加潘妥拉唑常规治疗,治疗组加用枸橼酸坦度螺酮胶囊,共治疗6周.根据两组治疗前后症状总积分和ASA积分变化判断临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率达89.7％,明显高于对照组的46.2％.结论 坦度螺酮治疗伴有焦虑的功能性消化不良临床疗效显著.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tandospirone in treatment of functional dyspepsia with anxiety.Methods The digestive out patients with functional dyspepsia were screened by Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale(ASA).57 patients with more than 50 ASA points were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group with 29 cases received with tandospirone citrate capsules combined with conventional treatment,the controlgroup with 28 cases received conventional treatment oral trimebutine maleate and Pantoprazole,for a total of 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy was determined according to the changes of symptoms and ASA after treatment.Results The total symptoms score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜ 0.01),ASA score was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜ 0.01),the total effective rate of treatment group(89.7％)was also significantly better than that control group(46.2％)(P＜ 0.01).Conclusion Tandospironeis is very effective in treating functional dyspepsia with anxiety
