急性胆囊炎腹腔镜下超声刀逆行胆囊切除74例分析

摘要

Objective To explore the feasibility and methods of laparoscopic resection for acute cholecystitis.Methods The clinical data on 74 patients with acute cholecystitis who had undergone laparoscopic retrograde cholecystectomy with ultrasonic scalpel during the period of March 2009 to March 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The procedure was successfully performed on 66 patients and it had to be converted to laparotomy in 8 patients.One patient developed postoperative bile leakage.Postoperative bile leakage occurred in 1 case.All the patients were cured and discharged from the hospital.Conclusions Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis is feasible and safe,and retrograde resection with ultrasonic scalpel is a better procedure.%目的 探讨急性胆囊炎腹腔镜切除的可行性及方法.方法 回顾性分析2009年3月至2012年3月腹腔镜下超声刀逆行胆囊切除74例急性胆囊炎患者的临床资料.结果 66例顺利完成手术,8例中转开腹;术后胆汁漏1例,全部治愈出院.结论 急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜切除是可行的、安全的,超声刀逆行切除是较好的方法.
