Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防用抗菌药物干预效果研究

摘要

Objective To discuss the effect of the intervention measures on preventive use of antibiotics during perioperative period of type Ⅰ incision operation including thyroid surgery,breast surgery,and inguinal hernioplasty in our hospital.Methods The data of medication of two patient groups in the general surgery were analyzed statistically,in which 113 cases from Jan.to Jun.in 2009(pre-intervention ) were chosen as control group and 120 cases from Jan.2010 to Dec.2011 (post-intervention) were selected as intervention group.Results The rates of preventive use of antibacterials decreased from 98.2％ before intervention to 67.5％ after intervention.The prophylactic antibacterials application rates at perioperative 30 min to 2 hours increased from 0％ to 59.2％.The time of preventive use of antibacterials was shortened from 5.1 days to 2.6 days.The average hospitalization days decreased from 6.4 days to 4.9 days.Conclusion The intervention-control study shows that effective intervention can significantly promote the level of rational drug use.%目的 探讨我院Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防用抗菌药物干预措施实施的效果.方法 抽取2009年1月至6月(干预前)普外科Ⅰ类切口手术住院患者113例作为对照组,抽取2010年1月至2011年12月(干预后)普外科Ⅰ类切口手术住院患者120例作为干预组,对干预前后我院3种Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防使用抗菌药物进行统计分析.结果 干预后3种Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率由98.2％下降至67.5％;给药时机正确率由0上升至59.2％;预防用药时间从5.1d缩短至2.6 d;患者平均住院天数由6.4 d下降至4.9d.结论 对围手术期预防使用抗菌药物进行有效干预,可以促进抗菌药物的合理应用.
