中山市某社区高血压流行病调查

摘要

目的 了解中山市坦洲镇片区居民高血压流行病的情况,便于提供合理的防治方案.方法 采取多阶段整群随机抽样方法,对中山市坦洲镇15岁以上的居民进行问卷调查及体检检查.结果 2070份调查问卷获悉高血压患者467人,患病率22.65％;高血压Ⅰ、Ⅱ及Ⅲ级的患者构成比例为75.80％、17.34％及6.86％；高血压病患者的知情率、治疗率及控制率分别为22.27％、15.20％及3.00％.结论 虽然高血压病患者的知情率、治疗率及控制率均高于2002年全国水平,但仍然处于较低防治水平,需要加强推广高血压防治知识.%Objective To understand the epidemiological characters of hypertension in the region of Tanzhou county in Zhongshan.Methods 2070 subjects over 15 years old were selected with stratified multi-stage randomized sampling.They were asked to complete health examination and face-to-face interview.Results There were 467 patients with hypertension from 2070 questionnaire and the prevalence rate of hypertension was 22.65％.The ratios of hypertension in diagnosed patients with stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 75.80％,17.34％ and 6.63％ respectively.The informed rate was 22.27％,the treatment rate was 17.34％ and the control rate was 6.63％.Conclusion The ratios were higher than average national normal levels in 2002,but they were not good actually.It suggested the general health knowledge lectures or activities should be strengthened in community.
