231例锁骨手术麻醉经验总结

摘要

Objective To summarize the experiences on 231 cases of anaesthesia in clavicle operation.Methods Selected 231 cases of clavicle operation suffered in our hospital.According to different fracture sites,selected different methods of nerve block anesthesia and observed the anesthetic effect and adverse reaction.Results The total effective rate reached up to 100％,with 98.1％ and 97.1％ respectively in two groups.The complication rate was lower with high safety coefficient.Conclusion Carrying out different methods of nerve block anesthesia based on different fracture sites is a simple,safe and effective way for anaesthesia.It is worth for promotion in clinic.%目的 总结231例锁骨手术麻醉经验.方法 选取我院231例锁骨手术,按骨折部位选用不同神经阻滞麻醉方法,观察麻醉效果及不良反应.结果 两组优良率分别达到98.1％和97.1％,总有效率均达到100％.并发症较少,安全系数高.结论 根据锁骨骨折部位进行不同的神经阻滞麻醉,麻醉效果好且操作简单、安全,值得在临床上进行推广.
