护理人文关怀在眼耳鼻咽喉科门诊老年患者中的应用

摘要

Objective To study the effect of applying humanistic care to elderly outpatients in the E.N.T clinic.Methods We selected elderly outpatients from our clinic.The outpatients selected in the period from Nov.2009 to May 2011 were classified as the observation group while those selected in the period from Apr.2008 to Oct.2009 were classified as the control group.Extra humanistic care besides routine nursing care was given to the observation group throughout the whole medical treatment and only routine nursing care was provided to the control group.Comparisons were made to the satisfaction on the whole range of nursing work by the two groups and their family members.Results The evaluation on each nursing work index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care can improve relationship between nurses and outpatients,increase the overall nursing service level,promote the recovery of the outpatients and significantly improve the satisfaction of outpatients to nursing work%目的 探讨在眼耳鼻咽喉科门诊老年患者中开展护理人文关怀的应用效果.方法 选择2009年11月至2011年5月在我科就诊的老年患者165例为观察组,抽取2008年4月至2009年10月在我科就诊的老年患者165例为对照组,在整个诊疗过程中,对照组未实施护理人文关怀,只按常规护理.观察组在常规护理的基础上融入护理人文关怀,对比两组患者及家属对各项护理工作的满意度.结果 观察组对护理工作各项指标的评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 护理人文关怀能融洽护患关系,提升整体护理服务水平,促进患者康复,显著提高患者对各项护理工作的满意度.
