SOFA评分在急诊危重患者预见性护理的应用研究

摘要

Objective To explore the application effect of sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA) score in the predictive nursing in emergent critical patients.Methods 172 cases of emergent severe patients were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group,with 86 cases in each group,control group used general monitoring care,on the basis of regular monitoring the experimental group patients was given SOFA score,according to nursing activities score (NAS) nursing workload assessment,to develop predictive nursing care measures.Then we compared patients of two groups the satisfaction,saving rate,as well as differences in the satisfaction of patients' families.Results The rescue success rate and satisfaction of patients in the experimental group,were all better than those of the control group,differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion SOFA score combined with NAS score in emergent severe patients can enable simple and fast identification in nursing risk for nursing staff,and can more effectively guide the predictive nursing care.%目的 探讨SOFA、NAS评分在急诊危重患者预见性护理中的应用效果.方法 将172例急诊危重患者随机分为对照组与实验组各86例,对照组行常规监测护理,实验组在常规监护的基础上对患者进行SOFA评分,应用NAS评估护理工作量,制定预见性护理措施.比较两组抢救成功率、家属的满意度.结果 实验组治愈66例(76.74％),对照组治愈51例(59.30％);实验组患者家属满意83例(96.51％),对照组患者家属满意69例(80.23％).结论 SOFA、NAS评分联合应用使护理人员能简便快捷识别防范急诊危重患者护理风险,能更好地指导急诊危重患者预见性护理.
