复元活血汤辩证加减对预防股骨颈骨折行全/半髋关节置换术后伴高凝状态深静脉血栓形成的临床研究

摘要

Objective To study the clinical effect of Differentiation Modification of Fuyuan Huoxue Tang for preventing deep vein thrombosis after full / half hip arthroplasty in hypercoagulable state for femoral neck fracture.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with femoral neck fractures and receiving routine full / half hip arthroplasty in hypercoagulable state from 2011 to 2013 at our hospital were statistically analyzed.Results 2 weeks after the operation,the plasma D-dimer level were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P ＜0.05); the incidence of DVT was 4％ (1/25) in the observation group and was 16％ (4/25) in the control group,with a statistical differences (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Differentiation Modification of Fuyuan Huoxue Tang can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis after full / half hip arthroplasty in hypercoagulable state for femoral neck fracture.%目的 研究复元活血汤辩证加减对预防股骨颈骨折行全/半髋关节置换术后伴高凝状态深静脉血栓形成的作用.方法 统计分析2011年至2013年我院收治的50例行全/半髋关节置换术后伴高凝状态的股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料.结果 术后2周观察组患者的血浆D-二聚体水平明显比对照组低(P＜0.05);观察组患者的DVT发生率为4％(1/25),明显比对照组的发生率16％ (4/25)低(P＜0.05).结论 复元活血汤辩证加减能够有效预防股骨颈骨折行全/半髋关节置换术后伴高凝状态深静脉血栓形成.
