METHOD OF PREVENTING HIP DISPLACEMENT AFTER PERFORMING TOTAL ENDOPROSTHETICS IN CASE OF FEMORAL NECK FRACTURE IN PATIENTS OF ELDERLY AND OLD AGE

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to orthopedics and traumatology. Section of anterior surface of hip joint capsule is performed. Constituent parts of said cut are placed respectively along longitudinal axis of femoral neck from upper-external edge of acetabulum to intertrochanteric line, further along upper-external edge of acetabulum along upper-external semi-perimetre of acetabulum, and cut is finished by section of capsule on anterior semi-circumference of femoral neck base. Further restoration of joint capsule integrity is performed by application of two sutures on constituent of cut, made along longitudinal axis of femoral neck.;EFFECT: method ensures elimination of risk of prosthesis head displacement in post-operational period, preservation of physiological volume of joint movements, reduction of trauma, reduction of operation duration.;1 ex, 1 dwg
