产科护士疼痛知识培训对降低产妇分娩后投诉事件的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of pain knowledge learning of obstetric nurses in decreasing maternity complaints after childbirth.Methods 240 puerpera in our hospital from December 2010 to October 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,120 cases in each group.Control group was nursed by nurses who hadn' t participated in pain knowledge learning,while observation group was nursed by nurses who had participated in pain knowledge learning.Nursing efficacy was compared between two groups.Results The evaluation of pain-related knowledge level,patients' satisfaction on pain nursing care,quality of life and the incidence of maternity complaints after childbirth in observation group were (92.12 ± 3.98),90.00％,(89.21 ± 4.32),0.21％,and those in control group were (68.21 ± 2.12),56.67％,(72.12 ± 2.12),3.22％,with statistically significant differences between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Pain knowledge learning of obstetric nurses can significantly improve nurses' cognition of pain-related knowledge and patients' satisfaction on pain nursing care,reduce the incidence of complaints,which has a positive impact on the quality of obstetric nursing care.%目的 探讨产科护士疼痛知识培训对降低产妇分娩后投诉事件的影响.方法 将2010年12月至2012年10月在本院分娩的产妇240例随机分成两组,对照组120例由未参加疼痛知识培训的护士进行护理,观察组120例由参加过疼痛知识培训的护士进行护理,比较两组的护理效果.结果 观察组疼痛相关知识掌握情况评价、患者对疼痛护理满意度、生活质量以及产妇分娩后投诉事件发生率[分别为(92.12±3.98)分、90.00％、(89.21±4.32)分、0.21％]均显著优于对照组[分别为(68.21±2.12)分、56.67％、(72.12±2.12)分、3.22％],差异均有统计学意义,P＜0.05.结论 对产科护士进行疼痛知识培训,可以显著提高护士对疼痛相关知识的掌握程度,可显著提高患者对疼痛护理的满意度,降低投诉的发生,对提高本院产科护理质量具有积极影响.
