Objective To explore and analyze the application value of ADVANT55 in the operation of thoracic esophageal carcinoma.Methods 50 patients who were diagnosed as thoracic esophageal carcinoma from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected,in patients with thoracic esophageal cancer resection,we applied ADVANT55 in esophageal and gastric end to side Gambee' s anastomosis,recording the tubular stomach stapling molding forming time,total operation time and hospitalization time after operation,observing and counting the occurrence of postoperative complications.Results In 50 cases,without the occurrence of death,1 patient developed cervical anastomotic leakage and anastomotic stricture after operation,by dressing and esophageal dilatation recovered,1 case occurred in arrhythmia,1 case of pulmonary infection.Gastric tube time averaged (28.53 ± 4.22) min,the average total operation time was (155.6 ± 6.34) min,the mean postoperative hospital stay was (9.5 ± 2.7) d; compared with the stomach after gastric tube length and width and before forming,with statistical significance,P ＜ 0.05.Conclusion The application of ADVANT55 in the operation of thoracic esophageal carcinoma,is safe and simple,the wound are most minor,which can shorten the time of hospitalization of patients,reduce the hospitalization cost,ease the economic burden of the masses,so it has good social benefit.%目的 对安得55直线型切割吻合器在胸段食管癌手术中的应用价值进行分析和探讨.方法 选择2012年3月至2014年3月经病理诊断确诊为胸段食道癌的患者50例,在患者胸段食道癌切除术中应用安得55直线型切割吻合器行食管胃端侧Gambee's吻合术.对50例患者管状胃吻合成形时间、总手术时间以及术后住院时间进行记录,并对患者术后的并发症发生情况进行观察和统计.结果 50例患者无一例死亡,有1例患者在手术后发生颈部吻合口瘘并吻合口狭窄,经换药和食管扩张后痊愈;1例出现心律失常,1例出现肺部感染;管状胃成形时间平均为(28.53±4.22) min,总手术时间平均为(155.6±6.34) min,术后住院时间平均为(9.5±2.7)d;管状胃成形后的胃长度和宽度与成形前相比,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 安得55直线型切割吻合器应用于胸段食管癌手术中,操作安全简单,对患者手术创伤小,病人的住院时间缩短,住院的医疗费用减少,减轻群众的经济负担,有良好的社会效益.
