喜炎平联合金喉健喷雾剂治疗小儿手足口病的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of Xiyanping injection combined with Jinhoujian spray in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD).Methods 87 children with HFMD were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in observation group and 42 cases in control group.Observation group was treated with Xiyanping injection intravenous dripping combined with Jinhoujian spray oral spraying,while control group was treated with Ribavirin injection intravenous dripping.The duration for treatment was 3-7 d.The treatment effect was observed in the following aspects:recovery of body temperature and oral pain,resumed oral intake,dissipated time of skin rash and mouth ulcer.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 91.11％ (41/45),higher than 73.81％ (31/42) of control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Recovery time of body temperature and oral pain,resumed oral intake time,dissipated time of skin rash and mouth ulcer of observation group were shorter than those of control group,with statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).No obvious adverse reaction occunred in two groups.Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with Jinhoujian spray in the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease is effective,without obvious side effects.%目的 观察喜炎平注射液联合金喉健喷雾剂治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效.方法 87例手足口病患儿随机分为两组,观察组45例,对照组42例.观察组给予喜炎平注射液静脉滴注和金喉健喷雾剂喷洒口腔治疗,对照组予利巴韦林静脉滴注治疗,疗程3～7d.观察患儿体温、口腔疼痛改善恢复进食、口腔疱疹溃疡及皮肤疱疹消退情况及治疗效果.结果 观察组总有效率为91.11％(41/45),高于对照组73.81％(31/42),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组在退热时间、口腔疼痛改善恢复进食时间、口腔疱疹溃疡及皮肤疱疹愈合时间上均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组均无明显不良反应.结论 喜炎平注射液联合金喉健喷雾剂治疗小儿手足口病疗效确切,无不良反应.
