Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of omeprazole combined with famotidine for the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods We collected clinical data of 70 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013,the cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,the treatment group was treated with omeprazole combined with famotidine,the clinical effect of two groups was compared and analyzed.Result The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.14％,higher than that of control group (65.71％),showing statistical significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Giving reflux esophagitis patients with application of combined method of omeprazole and famotidine for treatment,can have less adverse reaction,effective treatment,safe and effective,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的 分析奥美拉唑联合法莫替丁治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效.方法 收集2012年1月至2013年1月本院收治的70例反流性食管炎患者临床资料,遵循随机原则将患者分为对照组与治疗组各35例.对照组采取奥美拉唑治疗,治疗组采取奥美拉唑联合法莫替丁治疗,最后分析两组患者的临床效果.结果 治疗组患者总有效率为97.14％,对照组总有效率为65.71％,两组患者总有效率对比,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 给予反流性食管炎患者奥美拉唑联合法莫替丁治疗,不良反应比较少,治疗效果明显,安全有效,值得临床推广应用.
