Objective To investigate the application of ECG monitoring nursing in acute myocardial infarction with malignant ventricular arrhythmias.Methods 80 cases of acute myocardial infarction with malignant ventricular arrhythmias in our department from January 2012 to December 2014 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.Control group was treated with lidocaine,amiodarone intravenous drip and usual nursing care,while experimental group was treated with lidocaine,amiodarone intravenous drip and ECG monitoring care.Compared clinical parameters,nursing satisfaction and complications of two groups.Results The bed rest time in experimental group was significantly shorter than that in control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).The length of stay,medical costs in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.01).The incidences of postinfarction syndrome,tremor,hypothyroidism,cardiogenic shock in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion ECG monitoring nursing intervention has significant clinical effect in patients with acute myocardial infarction with malignant ventricular arrhythmias,which can be a reference.%目的 探讨心电监测护理在急性心肌梗死合并恶性室性心律失常护理中的应用.方法 将我科2012年1月至2014年12月收治的急性心肌梗死患者80例随机分为两组,对照组患者给予利多卡因联合胺碘酮静脉滴注疗法与常规护理,实验组患者给予利多卡因联合胺碘酮静脉滴注疗法与心电监测护理,比较两组患者的临床指标、护理满意度、并发展情况等.结果 实验组患者治疗期间卧床时间明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05);实验组患者治疗期间住院时间、医疗费用显著性低于对照组患者,满意评分显著性高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);实验组患者心肌梗死后综合症、震颤、甲状腺功能低下发生率明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);实验组患者心源性休克发生率显著性低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 心电监测护理干预在急性心肌梗死合并恶性室性心律患者的治疗的临床效果显著,具有借鉴性.
