胫骨远端骨折患者的治疗方案研究

摘要

Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) combined with locking compression plate (LCP) and open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) in the treatment of distal tibial fracture.Method Operation situation,fracture healing situation and functional recovery of 56 patients with distal tibial fracture treated by MIPPO combined with LCP (group A) or ORIF (group B) from March 2010 to May 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Result Compared with group B,group A had obvious advantages in operation time,hospital stays,fracture healing time,blood loss,the rates of bony union,shortening deformation and good recovery (P＜0.05).Conclusion MIPPO combined with LCP in the treatment of distal tibial fracture can effectively shorten patients' recovery time,increase the rate of bony union and patients' ankle function,which can be used as a first choice for clinical treatment.%目的 对比微创经皮钢板接骨术(MIPPO)结合锁定加压钢板(LCP)和开放复位内固定术(ORIF)治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院2010年3月至2013年5月经MIPPO结合LCP(A组)或ORIF(B组)治疗的56例胫骨远端骨折患者的手术情况、骨折愈合情况、功能恢复情况.结果 与B组患者相比,A组患者在手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、出血量、术后骨性愈合、短缩畸形的发生率及恢复优良率方面均具有明显优势(P＜0.05).结论 微创经皮钢板接骨术(MIPPO)结合锁定加压钢板术治疗胫骨远端骨折可有效缩短患者恢复时间,提高骨性愈合率,改善患者术后踝关节的功能,因此可作为临床首选治疗手段.
