宫颈绒毛管状腺癌1例及文献汇总分析

摘要

目的 探讨宫颈绒毛管状腺癌的临床特征、病理特点、诊断治疗及预后情况.方法 回顾性分析1例确诊的宫颈绒毛管状腺癌病例资料并汇总复习相关文献.结果 患者,女,36岁,因接触性出血就诊,妇检宫颈后唇增生,质脆,易出血,辅助检查3种高危型HPV-DNA阳性,细胞学检查阴性,肿瘤标志物检查阴性,阴道镜检查考虑宫颈癌？,行筋膜外子宫切除术,术后随访1年无异常.结论 宫颈绒毛管状腺癌好发于年轻女性,临床表现无特异性,诊断依靠病理检查,采取相对保守的治疗方案,预后较好.%Objective To study the clinical features,pathological characteristics,diagnosis and treatment,and prognosis of villoglandular papillary adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix.Method The management were retrospective case analysis and literature review.Results The patient was a 36-year-old female presenting vaginal bleeding.Gynecological examination showed cervical hyperplasia,qualitative fragile,easy to haemorrhage,auxiliary examination showed 3 kinds of high risk HPV-DNA positive,TCT negative,tumor markers negative,and the suspected diagnosis of cervix carcinoma by colposcopy.The patient underwent extrafascial hysterectomy,without abnormalities during 12 months of follow-up.Conclusions Villoglandular papillary adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix has a predilection for young women,its clinical manifestation is unspecific,the diagnosis should be based on pathologic examination,clinic treatment measures tend to relatively conservative operation,with good prognosis.
