血清C反应蛋白水平在小儿肺炎诊断中的临床价值分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical value of the serum level of C reactive protein in the diagnosis of pneumonia in children.Methods 100 children with pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as study group,100 healthy children during the same period were selected as control group.Compared serum C reactive protein level of two groups.Results There was statistically significant difference in serum C reaction protein level between study group and control group [(25.50±2.25) mg/L vs.(3.10±1.10) mg/L,P＜0.05],there were statistically significant differences in serum C reaction protein level among children with mild,moderate,and severe pneumonia [(5.89±1.14) mg/L vs.(17.55±2.25) mg/L vs.(55.46±2.30) mg/L,P＜0.05].Conclusion The level of serum C reactive protein can accurately reveal the progress of infantile pneumonia disease,can be used as reference index of infantile pneumonia diagnosis.%目的 分析血清C反应蛋白水平在小儿肺炎诊断中的临床应用价值.方法 选取本院2014年1月至2016年1月收治的100例小儿肺炎患儿作为研究组,另选同期100例健康儿童作为对照组,比较两组受试者血清C反应蛋白水平差异.结果 研究组患儿血清C反应蛋白水平与对照组[(25.50±2.25)mg/Lvs.(3.10± 1.10) mg/L]比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);组内比较,血清C反应蛋白水平轻度、中度、重度小儿肺炎患儿[(5.89±1.14) mg/L vs.(17.55±2.25) mg/L vs.(55.46±2.30)mg/L]比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 血清C反应蛋白水平可准确提示小儿肺炎病情进展,可以作为小儿肺炎诊断参照指标而加以推广使用.
