射频消融和手术切除对孤立性结直肠癌肝转移患者生活质量及疗效的改善作用

摘要

目的 针对射频消融和手术切除对孤立性结直肠癌肝转移患者生活质量及疗效的改善作用进行研究.方法 随机选择2010年1月至2012年12月本院收治的孤立性结直肠癌肝转移患者120例作为本次研究的对象,将其平均分为对照组和观察组.观察组实施射频消融治疗,对照组实施手术切除治疗.针对两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症发生率、生活质量、生存率等指标进行观察比较.结果 观察组和对照组患者的临床治疗有效率分别为85.00％、65.00％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组和对照组患者的术后并发症发生率分别为8.33％、26.67％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组复发率为1.67％(1/60),对照组的复发率为15.00％(9/60),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者的1年、2年、3年生存率,与对照组进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者的生活质量评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在孤立性结直肠癌肝转移的治疗中,对其实施射频消融治疗,可以改善患者的术后生活质量以及临床治疗效果,稳定患者的病情,并提高患者的生存率,创伤小、安全性高.%Objective To investigate the improvement effect of radiofrequency ablation and surgical resection on the quality of life and curative effect of patients with isolatism liver metastases of colorectal cancer.Methods 120 patients with isolatism liver metastases of colorectal cancer in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were randomly selected as the research object and averagely divided into control group and observation group.Observation group underwent radiofrequency ablation treatment,while control group underwent surgical removal treatment.Clinical therapeutic effect,complications,the quality of life,and survival rate of two groups were observed and compared.Results The clinical effective rate of observation group was 85.00％,that of control group was 65.00％,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The rate of postoperative complications of observation group was 8.33％,that of control group was 26.67％,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was 1.67％ (1/60),that of control group was 15.00％ (9/60),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).There were statistically significant differences in 1 year,2 years,3 years survival rate between observation group and control group (P＜0.05).There was statistically significant difference in life quality score between observation group and control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of isolatism liver metastases of colorectal cancer can improve postoperative life quality and clinical therapeutic effect of patients,make the condition of patients stable,improve the survival rate of patients,with small trauma and high safety.
