综合护理干预在帕金森患者安全管理中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨综合护理干预在帕金森患者安全管理中的应用及临床效果.方法 将68例帕金森患者随机分为干预组和对照组各34例.对照组采用帕金森常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上实施全面的综合护理干预;比较两组患者干预前后帕金森患者护理安全不良事件发生率(跌倒、烫伤、走失、压疮、漏服药物)及住院期间护理满意度.结果 干预组的不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(2.94％ vs.29.41％),两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=2.9247,P＜0.05);干预组的满意度明显高于对照组(97.06％vs.82.35％),两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=1.8398,P＜0.05).结论 帕金森患者在住院过程中存在较多的护理安全隐患,通过对帕金森患者实施有针对性的护理安全管理,可减少患者护理安全不良事件发生率,确保帕金森患者的安全和护理质量.%Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in safety management for patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods 68 patients with Parkinson's disease were randomly divided into intervention group (n=34) and control group (n=34).Control group underwent Parkinson's disease routine nursing care,and intervention group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention based on conventional nursing.Compared the incidence of nursing safety adverse events of two groups before and after intervention (fall,empyrosis,loss,pressure sores,missed medication),and nursing satisfaction degree during hospitalization.Results The incidence of adverse events was 2.94％ in intervention group,obviously lower than 29.41％ in control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (x 2=2.9247,P＜0.05);the satisfaction degree in intervention group was obviously higher than that in control group (97.05％ vs.82.35％),with statistically significant difference between two groups (x 2=1.8398,P＜0.05).Conclusions There are lots of nursing safety problems in patients with Parkinson's disease during hospitalization.Targeted nursing safety management for patients with Parkinson's disease,can reduce the incidence of adverse events,ensure the safety and quality of care in patients.
