利多卡因气雾剂在学龄前儿童无痛静脉穿刺中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of the aerosol inhalation of lidocaine in reducing the pain of intravenous puncture in preschool children.Methods 200 preschool children needing intravenous treatment were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a conrol group,100 for each group.The control group were routinely and intravenously punctured and the observation group were intravenously punctured after analgesia by aerosol inhalation of lidocaine.Wong Baker facial pain score table was used to assess the children's pain degree.Results There were statistical differences in pain scores between these two groups.Conclusions The aerosol inhalation of lidocaine in reducing the pain of intravenous puncture is safe,effective,easy to operate,and suitable for clinical application.%目的 研究利多卡因气雾剂对减轻学龄前儿童静脉穿刺疼痛的有效性和安全性.方法选择须行静脉治疗的学龄前儿童200例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例,对照组常规静脉穿刺,观察组使用利多卡因气雾剂局部镇痛后静脉穿刺,以WONG BAKER面部表情疼痛评分表评估患儿疼痛程度.结果观察组Wong Baker疼痛评分(2.96±1.31)分,对照组(6.76±1.55)分,两组疼痛评分结果比较差异有统计学意义.结论利多卡因气雾剂缓解静脉穿刺疼痛安全有效,操作方便,适合临床推广使用.
