玉屏风散联合顺尔宁对小儿变应性鼻炎的疗效机制探讨

摘要

Objective Through the test of serum interleukin-2 (IL-2),IL-4,and IgE in the peripheral blood of children with allergic rhinitis,to investigate the immune regulation mechanism of Yupingfeng powder combined with montelukast in allergic rhinitis.Methods 60 children in line with the diagnostic criteria of allergic rhinitis in inpatient or outpatient of our hospital were collected,and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,28 healthy children without allergic rhinitis were selected as normal group.Normal group was not given any drug,control group was given alone montelukast (Singulair),treatment group was given Singulair and Yupingfeng powder.After 4 weeks of treatment,IL-2,IgE,IL-4 in the peripheral blood were measured.Results Before treatment,IL-2 level in the peripheral blood of children with allergic rhinitis was significantly lower than that of normal group (P＜0.05),there was no statistically significant difference between control group and treatment group (P＞0.05);IL-4,IgE levels in the peripheral blood were significantly higher than those of normal group (P＜0.05),there were no statistically significant differences between treatment group and control group (P＞0.05).After treatment,IL-2 level in the peripheral blood of children with allergic rhinitis was higher than that before treatment,there was statistically significant difference between normal group and control group (P＜0.05),no statistically significant difference between normal group and treatment group (P＞0.05);IL-4,IgE levels in the peripheral blood were lower than those before treatment,there were statistically significant differences between normal group and control group (P＜0.05),no statistically significant differences between normal group and treatment group (P＞0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng powder combined with montelukast can effectively improve children' clinical symptoms,regulate the immune state of children in a certain extent,and boost the immune balance.%目的 通过检测变应性鼻炎患儿外周血中血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和IgE、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的变化,探讨玉屏风散联合顺尔宁对变应性鼻炎免疫调节作用机制.方法 收集于我院住院或门诊治疗的符合变应性鼻炎诊断标准的患儿60例,按照随机数字表将其分为对照组与治疗组,另选取无变异性鼻炎的健康儿童28例作为正常组,其中正常组不给任何药物,对照组给予单纯孟鲁司特(顺尔宁)治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予玉屏风散治疗,在治疗4周后分别检测外周血中IL-2、IgE、IL-4的变化.结果 治疗前变应性鼻炎患儿外周血IL-2水平明显低于正常组(P＜0.05),对照组与治疗组之间无统计学差异(P＞0.05);外周血IL-4、IgE水平明显高于正常组(P＜0.05),对照组与治疗组之间无统计学差异(P＞0.05).经治疗后变应性鼻炎患儿外周血IL-2水平较治疗前均有升高,且治疗组与正常组相比无统计学差异(P＞0.05),对照组与正常组相比有统计学差异(P＜0.05);外周血IL-4、IgE水平较治疗前相比均有降低,且治疗组与正常组相比无统计学差异(P＞0.05),对照组与正常组相比有统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论 玉屏风散联合顺尔宁可以有效改善患儿的临床症状并可一定程度上调节患儿的免疫状态,促进免疫的平衡.
